Mudring Rivets Get Drilled
Monday, April 29, 2002 by Martin AdamsCasey Cochran tries out ARPA’s recently acquired magnetic base drill, which was purchased with funds from recent fund raisers. The mag drill weighs about 90 pounds so Dennis Guyon helps Casey move the drill from rivet to rivet. It is then held in place by its electro magnet. The holes are required to ease the removal of the rivets.
